Loudon, NH (9-23-11) The NASCAR K&N Pro Series last stop of the year at the New Hampshire Speedway proved to be an exercise in trying to beat the weather, as Mother Nature played havoc with the schedule. The rain and darkness caused the scheduled 125 lap race to be shortened to 79 laps, which left Chad Boat in 20th position after pitting on lap 34 for tires and fuel when most of the field stayed out. Easley SC (9-12-11) The NASCAR K&N Pro Series return to the ½ mile Greenville Speedway after rain force the postponement of the race one week. After practicing in the top 5 on the speed chart, Chad Boat and the Curb Record’s team day ending early after a spinning car on a lap 12 restart left Chad nowhere to go, leaving heavy front end damage on the 98 Chevy. Dacono, Co (8-6-11) Chad Boat drove the Curb Records Chevrolet to a seventh place finish in the K&N Pro Series West race at Colorado National Speedway.
After practicing in the top five on the speed charts, problems in qualifying forced a 17th place starting position. At the drop of the green flag Chad moved quickly into the top 10 by lap 40, eighth by lap 100, and had the speed to race into the top five. Passing proved difficult on the tight ¼ mile oval, and Chad spent much of the race on the bumper of the car in front of him looking for a way around. The race was slowed by only two yellow flags, which Chad used to his advantage to take the seventh position at the green-white –checkered finish. Keep Reading…

Columbus, OH (July 23, 2011)- Chad Boat and the #98 Curb Records Chevrolet team finished 12th at the Columbus Motor Speedway for round nine of the 2011 NASCAR K&N Pro Series.
After starting 18th, Chad had driven the car to the top 10 only to have to make a mid race pit stop, then was able to drive back up to bring home a top 12. The 18th starting position, however, was somewhat of a disappointment as the team was third in the first practice and eighth in the second, and Chad had hoped for a top five starting position.
